Refund Policy

We offer an easy 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is initiated by the customer, shipping fees and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Specific fees depend on the courier service you choose.

If, for reasons beyond your control, the received goods are damaged or incorrect, the customer is not responsible for shipping fees or taxes.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Please do not send your items to the sender’s address listed on your package. This is not the return address and will delay the processing of your return and refund.
